Feel sorry about the Dr. as it looks a child's play, as how can he simply rob and run unless he is well experienced robber. What will happen to Dr.'s all efforts in studying to become a Dr. Compared to millions in dollars continuously robbed by the politicians, I could pardon him to this silly act and mental health counseling to be given to him.

Name him...why not? If it is confidentiality...how come Dr Shafi of Kurunegala was named without any credible evidence against him ?

Has he sworn on a short cut Hippocratic oath. So now, the medical profession has been compromised by the wild west type of personnel. Will this increase the already high cost of medicine and private clinical costs.

This doctor has not planned his action. He may be suffering from a mental disorder.
