Anusha Palpita suspended from post

Additional secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Anusha Palpita, has been suspended from his post by the Public Services Commission (PSC) with effect from tomorrow.

A spokesman for the Home Affairs Ministry said he would be suspended until the case against him in connection with the misappropriation of TRC funds is concluded.
