definitely reckless. Police will not charge the guy for sure.. they only wait for people to juust brush the white line so that they can make a huge seen, big offenses are just ignored.

Police never charge the busadrivers because they are in their payroll monthly basis.

this the most dangerous road to drive in Sri Lanka (Kurunegala - Dabulla) . really scary to see how these bus drivers and lorry drivers drive... i think traffic police need to come up with a special plan to crack down these crazy drivers..
