Once upon a time, these were youth without jobs, oppurtunity and future easily misled by the LTTE. The GOSL is to blame for that situation for failing to develop and take concern of all ethnicities especially the youth. The hope is that the youth who are now being released are honestly garnered to feel a sense of belonging and usefulness to the country by the GOSL without making this a show of exhibition.
