Ten more naval personnel infected with COVID-19 were recovered and discharged from hospitals, increasing the total number to 293, the Navy said.
They said seven naval persons undergoing treatment at the Naval General Hospital, 2 persons in Mulleriyawa Hospital and one person in IDH hospital were discharged yesterday.
These discharged naval personnel were directed to keep under quarantine for another 14 days following the healthcare instructions.
A total of 626 naval personnel have been infected with Covid-19 as of yesterday.
