NWSDB means 'No Water Supply for Drinking and Bathing.' All the time there are water-cuts!

Such 'essential repairs' on an 'essential service' should take place during the night, like in most other countries. The sad thing is that SL never absorbs the good things from foreign countries.

It is very common in the area I live for electricity to be interrupted almost daily two or three times. It is a service. Please not that we in Sri Lanka pay a high price for our electricity.
