Sajin case fixed for Aug. 10

The ruling on the bail application filed by former MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardane was fixed for August 10 by the Colombo High Court today.

Mr. Gunawardane was remanded on charges of misusing 23 vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the Attorney General objected to grant bail for the suspect.
