Bharatha murder: Third accused remanded

Chaminda Ravi Jayanath, the third accused in the Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra murder case was today remanded till August 6 by Colombo High Court for violating bail conditions.

The CID had lodged complaint to Court that the third accused had violated a bail condition by not presenting before the CID in terms of bail order issued by High Court.

When the accused surrendered before Court through a lawyer, he was remanded by High Court judge Devika de Livera Tennakoon.(Lakmal Sooriyagoda)

These are the vermin who carried out the murder. If he is guilty then he should be locked up if not he should be free to be in society. Why one should give bail to a murderer is baffling.In the meantime the scum who ordered his murder is still enjoying a good life.
