I will hold a referendum to remove the 13th amendment soon after winning the election. I will restart the development projects abandoned by this illegal government. I will not let the enemy states to dictate terms and interfere in our internal affairs and invite our friendly nations to help us in development projects not only in the north and east, but in every province. I will not waste time going after the opposition leaders,

If I were MR, I would surrender myself to the police and confess for all the crimes done against the country, provide information on the crimes committed by my friends and family, and pay back every single cent stolen from the public; whether directly, or indirectly.

If I am mahinda,I would have committed suicide by the 15 of January 2015before the world came to know that I have squanderedbillions of rupees belonging to the country and the people of sri lanka.Not only me even brothers are also alleged to have looted the country. My sons are alleged to have been involved in various nefarious activities.People have now branded me and my family as a set of rouges. Even my wife is not spared.How can i get the stage and address the people my henchmen will trust me but the majority know what we w are. We known as Ali Baba and the 40 thieves.

If I was Mahinda Rajapasksa I would put an end to the character assignation of persons by declaring at the first election forum that anyone who defames another without any evidence would be prosecuted for damages. I would record all utterances and take action against the perpetrators. After winning the elections, I would present factual evidence negating the alleged allegations to be on public record. I would re-commence infrastructure development improve the economy and bring back the lost prestige of the country. Make justice system independent and deal severely with corrupt public officials. I will investigate alleged allegations of war crimes by obtaining the information from Banki Moon.

If I were MR, I will put an end to political impunity by humiliating political scavengers and exposing their unethical conduct, malpractices, corruptions and will pave the way for people with good conduct and reputation to climb to high positions in the governance of the country. I will impose new laws, procedures and system to prevent corruption thus developing the Nation by introducing national policies and projects through Parliament with the approval of majority be it the party in power or opposition. I will let the people representatives to have a say in mega projects aimed at developing the nation and transparency will be my Top Priority. And I will be the leader of the people of this country and will not only led my clan and family. I will be a statesman rather a politician thus do all what I could do to prevent my family and the clan getting a better share of every thing. I will take the "Country First" motto to every person in the country, every project, policy and system.

If I were Mahinda Rajapaksa, I will retire with respect and dignity to my family and countrymen, because i have served 10 long years in the country and , Will pave way for a young and new person to take the vision to the next generation, Now I realise that 65% of my countrymen rejected me as president, Enough I took the burden of safe guarding wimal, dinesh , gamma , vasu , bandula, and many failure politicians in my parliment for them to cover up and do wrong things to my country and I paid the punishment for that. I will not seek another term to involve in active politics, as I was an Ex- President and why should I come back to a second grade politician while I can enjoy a President retirement with respect, I will wish my Assistant Maitripala Sirisena who became the President of SL and people voted him to rule for the next 4 years, why should I interrupt MS his vision and be a traitor to my heart and me.

The biggest mistake of all time must have been too lenient against my opponents who created unfounded lies after lies yet under the name of mockery of democracy I did nothing. I should have long gotten rid of people such as Rajitha, CBK, Sajin, Mervin etc etc for good, so called mythical white van saga should have been very helpful in that regard however I did not realized that at the time. The biggest mistake of all must have been the finishing off LTTE, had I have also applied the same ignorance method to this cancer, like previous leaders did I would have been a friend of not only Tamil Diaspora but also a respectable friend of the western world too. Well, there are many other similar mistakes but no point of referring to them now as I am determined to rectify them all once back at Temple Trees.

If I were Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse I would have publicly apologised to the people for allowing his cohorts to rob public property and safeguarding them, as I have already admitted to the fact. I would also make public appeal to all those who misappropriated billions (all the files relating to those crimes which I talked about are still with me) to return those monies to the public coffers under an amnesty from the present president. As China is my friend, I would get China to assist Sri Lanka wholeheartedly in its development bid under the present administration, without any ulterior motives. I will desist from all actions that would lead to division of SLFP but support it to win the elections under the present leadership. Taking into consideration my age, I would genuinely follow Buddhist precepts without taking advantage of my connections with members of the clergy to make political mileage and without just going through the movements showing piety and worship.

undoubtedly Mr. MR is one of the great president who ruled the county on this earth which does not mean he can do everything and behave or allow all his party people to act which course national damages to the country and public law and order must be protected and secured, no one above the country law it should be respected and honored this is the place where Mr. MR went wrong which was not his ignorance or inability but proved his dictatorship and power grabbing which spoiled subsequently entire prosperous of the country and development and culture.
