Couple shot dead in Meetiyagoda

A cinnamon trader (42) and his wife (40) has been shot dead this evening in the cinnamon oil shed owned by them, Meetiyagoda Police said.

According to the information uncovered so far, a group of individuals who arrived in a three-wheeler had shot them both and fled the scene.

Next campaign people should support is the introduction of the DEATH PENALTY. It has become a human right in this country to kill people. Successsive governments fighting shy to introduce capital punishment. But all such governments were never hesitant to to engage in extra judicial killings. So why not indroduce death penalty and first punish contract killers who should not be shown any mecy even by the President. Ranjith
