I expected higher rates of voter turnouts as much as 80% from Matara; 82% from Hambantota; 79% from Nuwara Eliya; 75% from Puttalam; 79% from Monaragala; 81% from Polonnaruwa; 80% from Kegalle; 80% from Gampaha; and 82% from Galle.
