What a farce this was. Can't this government release a report on time? Whatever the case may be - delimitation or not - hold the elections that are long overdue.

Not to surprise. Sri Lanka parliment is the most uneducated in the world. Any appointee from that could not be much different.I bet this report has to be redone by a skilled team.
