SH WANTS TO TAKE ACTION WITHOUT HOLDING AN INQUIRY FIRST
Lal Silva Tuesday, 13 December 2016 05:25 AM
Capt. Haddock doing his duty. Journalists should keep their distance from crime scene when they are reporting a crime not meddle in the scene.
geehanthie Monday, 12 December 2016 05:24 PM
we live in a world where the media can do anything and get away.

This is "Piracy". Arresting a foreign vessel without a court order merely to settle a home and home battle should not be tolerated.
RanjitS Monday, 12 December 2016 11:47 AM
Take action against the violent protesters and pirates. Navy should be honoured for disrupting JO action. JVP is not concerned about SL economy but trying to protect the economy of few unruly port workers.
Thomas Monday, 12 December 2016 10:56 AM
What Navy did was rightSimilar action should have been taken on striking bus mudalalis
nalin perera Monday, 12 December 2016 10:52 AM
What rubbish. The JVP only knows to stir the pot looking for dirt.(Trouble) We are proud to have a Navy Commander of this calibre.

First of all find fact and try to find the whos at faults via DM Android App

Too many voices against the Navy now for a journalist getting attacked. Just a few weeks ago we, the ordinary poor people at the receiving end of those morons holding strikes in public transportation and hospitals - WHERE WERE YOU GUYS THEN?
Ajantha Monday, 12 December 2016 09:45 AM
The Navy Commander is a fine Officer and a Gentleman.
suresh Monday, 12 December 2016 09:43 AM
so now it is ok to take action against your war heroes
Sri Wickrema Monday, 12 December 2016 09:41 AM
Aiding and abetting pirates should be dealt with severly.
Cheers Monday, 12 December 2016 02:16 AM
Too late its your govt
Manushya Monday, 12 December 2016 08:16 AM
Codes of ethics apply for journalists too. They simply cannot provoke government officials who are at duty. Therefore, actions can only be taken after an impartial inquiry .
dulan Monday, 12 December 2016 07:33 AM
JVP supports anything that disrupt an existing government never mind who
AA Monday, 12 December 2016 07:23 AM
No need. Action has to be taken against those who damaged public property and those who instigate them like your MP Lalkantha.
ANTON Monday, 12 December 2016 07:16 AM
HE WILL GET A TRANSFER ........ THAT IS ALL.
Raj Monday, 12 December 2016 07:09 AM
What navy did right. Public is with them. This is not fare protest. Capturing a foreign ship is piracy and act of terrorism, it should dealt with heavy hand yet navy handles very softly
Clowns Monday, 12 December 2016 07:09 AM
Take action against the Navy say by JVP, JO and other goons and deffending at the UN for war crimes. Sri Lankans are not more than clowns. God save them.
Sri Lankan Monday, 12 December 2016 06:48 AM
Can't accept political backing for valances
RanjitS Monday, 12 December 2016 06:48 AM
Violent protest is not the solution for all problems.
raama Monday, 12 December 2016 06:41 AM
Common JVP you must not support wimal weerawansa and his stooges to carry out their propagenda.
Yeti Monday, 12 December 2016 06:26 AM
