Prices of 47 essential drugs, including those prescribed for diabetes and heart ailments were reduced with the immediate effect under the first phase of the National Medicinal Drugs Policy, Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine Minister Rajitha Senaratne announced a short while ago.

Need to check the list and how much they have reduced. Usually the drug mafia in this country don't easily give up.
