To over come this excuses and saving foreign currency, SL health ministry should come up with hospital with all facilities as good as facilities provided in abroad. So let these VVIPs spend in hospitals locally.

A normal citizen will not be allowed to go abroad as according to courts Sri Lanka can provide them with good medical treatments. But in this case YORA will be allowed because he is a royalty therefore above the law. YORA has to spend his grandmothers money too.

Letting crooks enter hospitals or leave the country for so called "medical treatment" is not funny anymore. An independent panel of doctors should be appointed by the courts to determine the authenticity of these requests.
