Heavy traffic is reported in Kollupitiya due to the protest march carried out by the members of the Inter University Students' Federation (IUSF) against the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine (SAITM).
The protesters were heading towards the Temple Trees violating a court’s order issued not to proceed towards High Security Zones.

This is the future of doctors in Sri Lanka. They will protest to take as much of your tax money as possible. This is the 'quality' of people who study with free education.

Medical Act says only people with good character can be registered as doctors. These students should be kicked out for wasting the tax money of public.

I actually believed these morons until I learn't they were lying about everything they were saying. The entrance selection for SAITM is conducted by the UGC - only the best students are selected. But these liars were saying that the quality of the students that enter SAITM are unqualified. Bunch of filthy liars.

I think SAITM students are more qualified to become a doctor than these guys, who study from our tax money.....
