Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is seen signing a petition prepared by the National Movement to Protect War Heroes against what it describes as an International War Crime Court to ‘hunt down’ soldiers.     If GR is so confident that no crimes were committed in the execution of the war, he should not fear investigation, rather he should prove his case by appearing before the investigating body, than parroting the same thing over and over again.
