If he is sick and disable he should be discharged from the force. Maybe he could do farming or fishing

It looks as if we have a bigger hospital facility in the prison than our General Hospital, because all those living there now are all VIPs and not ordinary thugs like those days!

A little below the standard of the Hirunika case. The difference is Hirunika no murder.

As there is a possibility of the whole Parliament being converted into a constitutional assembly, may be the time is ripe to covert the whole prison into a HOSPITAL. Who is cheating whom? Are we citizens of the country being cheated? Should there be charges brought against the top prison officials? We did not vote for whats happening at the prison transferring all able bodied persons into the prison hospital ward.

    Ceylonese Friday, 05 February 2016 06:51 AM

These type of prison hospitals have to be set up all over the country so that ordinary people also can have a good holiday and have their food delivered

Natural justice prevails. Remember what happened to the Angulana OIC -started like a lion died as a dog !

Who are these doctors (or any others) who certifies their state of health? Very fishy state of affairs and only possible in our good old Sri Lanka. Do you think an ordinary citizen, however medically unfit he or she may be, will get these medical transfers from remand prison to hospital?

    Maya Thursday, 04 February 2016 06:55 PM

Say hello, on our behalf, to those who already there and those who are to come there in the near future while your stay there!

    Upul Thursday, 04 February 2016 06:34 PM

When is this drama of getting sick as soon as arrested will end.....? Clearly this indicates that there is a loop hole in our judiciary that people take advantage.

    J Palitha Thursday, 04 February 2016 05:48 PM

No double game please. Hope he will not become like Duminda Silva.

Bubble Banda Thursday, 04 February 2016 05:43 PM
